Bertrand is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sparring. Prior to joining Sparring, Bertrand worked at Bonne Gueule where he held the positions of Managing Director, CFO and COO. He has advised numerous consumer brands on their financial structuring and operations. Bertrand also held other CFO positions, with a focus on LBO-backed companies.

Mathias Richemond

Mathias is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sparring. Prior to joining Sparring, Mathias was CFO at Jimmy Fairly, a leading European eyewear brand. Mathias started his career at Lazard in Mergers & Acquisitions and has acquired a deep experience in fundraising and sell-side.

Chloé Béhar

Chloé is a Partner at Sparring. Prior to joining, Chloé spent 5 years in a boutique M&A advisory firm, working on numerous sell-side and buy-side mandates. Chloé has been advising clients independently for the past 3 years, focusing on consumer brands.

Antoine Duffour

Antoine has a long track record in finance. Prior to joining Sparring, Antoine worked for 10 years in Transaction Services at PwC in France. He has been advising clients for the past year. Antoine is a graduate from Sciences Po Paris, with a major in Finance.
